32 Tai Chi Sword – feet first

Some points that may help to learn this form:

  • Feet first (one of Master Tam's 3 key principles) - the grout lines on the mall floor are soooo helpful with this.
  • Wrist control seems to be key with the sword.
  • Master Tam uses fast music (3 minutes total), while this demonstration is much more relaxed (4 minutes) and therefore may be easier to follow.
