Start with a stretch. There are LOTS of videos to sample. Here's one that's gonna make you feel great, relaxed, and peaceful. These gentle moves are good for everyone, you can do these in bed!
Then, when the sun comes out, take a stroll outside. Pick a weed if you're cruising your yard. Wave don't hug if you're out in the neighborhood.
