Sorry for delayed reply. Schedule is on a tab at the top of the blog. Several different Tai Chi groups meet at the mall. Some just practice, some include review of basic forms, some learn and practice more advanced forms, including fan and sword.
Generally you will find most of these classes are in process by 9 am, Monday through Saturday. Best advice I can offer is to COME, walk around and try several groups to see what feels comfortable for you, then follow the best you can. Other group members will soon be reaching out to you with coaching and detailed help with forms you’re having difficulty with, or they’ll steer you to a group where the leader does some teaching.
Group leaders are volunteers. Each one sets his/her own schedule & content.
